It started from the oldest city on Earth, Damascus. Growing up there made me see everything in a different light giving me the knowledge and dimension of how people of the old alleys of Damascus cooked their meals using fresh ingredients that seek the sun to extract its maximum flavor and color. I come from a family whose ancestors are food passionate. You can imagine how the simplicity of the dishes that we make rise up to the benchmark that was set in Damascus and now add to your eating pleasure.
